The Miffy Museum, also known as Dick Bruna House, is a museum located in the city of Utrecht in the Netherlands. Miffy is a little white character rabbit created by Dick Bruna in 1955. There are over a hundred of Miffy books created and millions of copies have been sold world wide, she’s a very popular character especially in the Netherlands and Japan.
Each year, the museum gets about 50,000 visitors. I have always been a fan of Miffy, I think her minimalist illustration is very cute. When I got the chance to visit Utrecht, one of the places I visited was the Miffy Museum. The museum is filled with Miffy and friends character designs – walls, art, dolls, etc. And it has a cute gift shop with tons of Miffy goodies.
